Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Bridging the gap in mental health representation by expanding diversity among mental health professionals through education, advocacy, resources, and career access. From education enrichment and support to career creation, we are diversifying the field of mental health. Ensuring the next generation of mental health providers stem from diverse communities that they can give back to.
Results: We are a new nonprofit but have a strong leadership team who have proven track records in success with other ventures. We are all mental health professionals ourselves and we are eager to help expand opportunities for those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Target demographics: High school students 11th and 12th grade. Associate level students. 1st and 2nd year Bachelors students.
Direct beneficiaries per year: We aim to enroll 10 students per year
Geographic areas served: Los Angeles County
Programs: Education, mentorship, cohort development, financial guidance and assistance.
