Mission: To provide materials and services to support the reading and learning needs of the people of the township of spring and surrounding communities. To provide, promote, and enhance cultural educational and recreational programs and activities for children and adults.
Programs: Adult and children's public library: provide the community with the newest books, dvds, cds, music, cd audio books, playaway digital audio books, ebooks, digital magazines, magazines and newspapers. Also provide computers for public use and programs for both children and adults.
