Mission: The Speech and Hearing Center was founded in 1971 by the Junior Service League of Women after researching the needs for speech and hearing services in Okaloosa and surrounding counties. Today, the Center is an independent, community organization dedicated to providing the highest quality of are to each individual served.The Center's goal is to improve an individual's quality of life by improving his/her communication. We believe that early intervention can turn apparent disabilities into life enhancing abilities.
