Mission: Provide job training and employment to young adults with autism
Programs: Spectrum works vision is to raise awaraness that individuals with autism can be productive members of society so that in the future every person with autism will have access to the job training, work experiences and guidance required to realize his or her true potential. Spectrum works creates meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with autism empowering them with the confidence and skills needed to achieve a sense of independence, purpose and pride. The objective is to employ and train individuals with autism. Outcomes as of december 2016; thirty people with autism were trained/employed.
