Mission: Our mission at Southern Oklahoma Adolescent Resource (S.O.A.R.) is to value and accept all youth, supporting and challenging them to embrace their full potential.
Results: Our program has seen great outcomes over the last decade. We focus on Risk Avoidance Education for middle and high school students and see great outcomes from the beginning of our program to the end.
