Mission: To provide a long-term residential & job programs for non-violent court ordered drug & alchohol offenders in order to obtain and maintain abstinence as an alternative to incarceration.
Programs: This year soar took in 53 clients; 28 clients left the program for rule infractions and 38 clients completed the six-month program and graduated.
