Mission: Provide mental health services including case management, mental health services, medications, outreach, and community client and mental health promotion to the mentally ill and homeless population.
Programs: The severely mentally ill were served through these programs. Individual and group services provided were money management, substance abuse prevention, communication skills, meal preparation skills, grooming and personal hygiene skills, medication education, self-esteem enhancement, and leisure skills training. Employment rehabilitation services included psychosocial rehabilition interventions. Medication support and management were provided. Voucher program to provide food assistance and temporary housing was also provided. Approx. Population served was 1400 individuals.
