Programs: For over 35 years, the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) has supported thousands of organizations with the goal to help them adapt, evolve, and thrive. Each year CNM provides education, training, and consulting that help nonprofit organizations achieve their goals. We prepare nonprofit executives and board members with the knowledge and skills necessary to help them build effective organizations and be better prepared to face opportunities and challenges today and tomorrow. CNM provides - A robust schedule of half and full day trainings, seminars and workshops for a range of experience levels as well as advanced certificate academies for new and emerging leaders, board members and executive coaches. - Tools and publications including the Two Minute Answer Guide, the annual Compensation and Benefit Report, compiling salaries and employment practices from over 400 nonprofits in five counties, and manages the respected site for employers and candidates, JobScoop. - Customized consulting services in organizational assessment and development, strategic planning, board development , evaluation, executive transition, fund development, retreat facilitation, program development and other services. - Topical executive forums on key issues and trends in nonprofit management, the civic and social sector and philanthropy, including the annual 501(c)onference, economic summit, women’s leadership summit and others.
