Programs: For the fiscal year ended september 30, 2017, vns home health services provided 85,382 visits to 4,644 clients in their homes. In addition to this, vns also provides at no charge blood pressure checks at healthcare clinics around the south county community. Other services such as cholesterol screenings are provided at a nominal charge.
