I have been a member of Soroptimist International of the Chino Valley, Inc. for four years. After I retired and helped with my grandchildren I realized that I had more to give. My time, my life experience and more. I joined this wonderful group of women as a volunteer. A common thread with the women is that they care about their Chino community and want to help women and girls. We fundraise to support our programs of awarding grants to help women who are the sole providers of their families and are trying to further their education, we award scholarships to the three high schools and put on a one day conference for 6th grade girls transitioning to Junior high school.
