Mission: SEF is a Christian Based Non-Profit Organization established in The Antelope Valley with a simple mission in mind, to help those who need it most, in our community. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of low-income and disadvantaged individuals and families by advocating for their needs and rights; providing services; educating the community; building a community of support; participating in coalitions with other advocates, nonprofits, Local Business Owners and searching for new resources and partnerships to better our community.

School Ready Program assists low income families with children enrolled in K-12 Grade with the essential school supplies and with financial assistance for educational related expenses. Our mission is to ensure that every child is prepared to learn and succeed by providing free school supplies locally to students most in need.
I was hesitant when I applied thinking I wouldn't be helped. But I was so wrong SEF really do care. They go above and beyond. I needed help with groceries due to waiting in my VA Benefits and losing my job after suffering a stroke. Thank you and the terrific team you have. I was exceptionally impressed by the process and speed. It took under two days.
