Mission: The mission of sophia academy is to provide a personalized catholic education in the spirit of the society of mary to students with learning differences while developing their individual gifts.
Programs: Primary and secondary school education services are provided to 54 students from kindergarten to grade 12 for 175 instructional days. The curriculum is designed specifically for students of average to superior iq, who have a diagnosed learning disability that results in auditory and/or visual processing difficulties, dyslexia and attention deficit issues, and traditional learners. The low teacher/student ratio, acclaimed orton-gillingham approach to reading and our multisensory teaching benefits all students.
