Mission: The purpose of the organization is to receive and manage funds, property, gifts of any kind to use in funding other charitable organizations providing care for children and families in need.
Programs: The organization provided a home for foster children, including food, clothing and gave them a family and a safe secure place to live. Santa barbara county decided that they would no longer place children at solid rock ranch because it was a corporation and they didn't want a corporation or its officers involved in the care of foster children. As a result the organization had to change its operations from a direct provider of care, to a supporting organization.
