Programs: Event outreach: 41 outreach events held in various climbing areas with approximately 436 members involved reaching over 3368 climbers face to face.
missionaries program: we added another missionary staff member bringing it to a total of two. Provided financial oversight for nine short-term missionaries to climbers. Organized mission trips to south africa, mexico and cuba with 15 members involved. Sponsored a national class athlete to attend one bouldering comp and to south africa. Provided oversight and accountability to outreach coffee shop in climbing area in mexico.
media outreach: outreach website had an average of 87 unique daily visitors, 845 entered into gear giveaway and received a gospel presentation. Sixteen ads placed in climbing publications. Srcfc sponsored 30 climbing events. And 250 outreach dvds called crossfire were distributed in 2013. Online video channel set-up with 12,000 plays with three new outreach videos produced.
benevolence: benevolence help was given to one climber as a way to show them and/or their families and the climbing community the good news and god's love. Organized for climb-up so kids can grow-up a bouldering benefit called the chandler mountain challenge. . Conferences: eleven events held in various locations with total attendance of 117. National conference was held in city of rock, id in september with 25 attending. . General outreach: we added 16 new members for a total membership of 1340. We have another 1250 contacts who believe in the direction of srcfc. This gives a total of nearly 2600 involved in the mission. 70 members prayed for the climbing community on one special days and a small group that averages 5 prays weekly. . Training and equipping members: eleven e-mail updates and eleven bulletins sent to members to train and equip in climber evangelism. Two newsletters were sent to 1800 members/contacts. Logo t-shirts, beanies, decals, tracts and business cards were available and ordered by many as outreach tools.
