Mission: To create and develop aquaponics food systems to bring food security independence and self reliance to impoverished areas of our state.
Programs: There have been numerous exciting developments in the progress of the company. We have continued research on the best way to bring the personal reliance and an independent resource of food security through aquaponics that supplies a system of gardening that stream a steady flow of fruits and vegetables, fish, clean water and compost. We have worked on developing numerous training manuals to explain the benefits, understand methods of gardening, and contruction of an aquaponics system. We also developed the steps someone needs to take to be organic certified. A micro aquaponics system was developed successfully indoors. We visited 7 aquaponics systems nationwide to identify the best system to meet the needs locally. We also attended a habitat conference to find solid solutions for energy to complete the independent method. We developed a plan of building a test aquaponics system to bring in local volunteers who are in need of fresh food.
