Causes: Human Service Organizations, Human Services, Public & Societal Benefit
Mission: The mission of The Sitting Tree is to assist families enduring hardship, and utilize creative methods and coordinated efforts to inspire a feeling of positive empowerment. An additional goal of The Sitting Tree is that this feeling of empowerment will not only benefit the families aided, but transcend to our volunteers as well.
Programs: Our first project involves us working with an animated movie studio to show a recently released film for children in a local children's hospital.
