Mission: Our community was founded in 1911 by an Augustinan Priest with a founding mission to go into families who needed help. Around 1965 we established our own family care school in Wuerzburg, Germany, to be able to educate young women for this ministry. In 1942 our Sisters came to Racine, Wisconsin, first as domestic help for the Augustinian Fathers, but keeping alive in their heart a dream to build a Senior Citizens Home. After hard work to raise the money, the Home was opened in 1971.
