Mission: Vittana's mission is to graduate a generation of students beyond poverty through the power of education. In 2014, we worked in more than 15 countries with 26 partners.
Programs: Vittana provides expert consultation on student loan product development to 35 microfinance institutions in 17 different countries around the world. Focusing on product design, deployment, and management, vittana provided access to student loans for 7,753 students in 2014.
through vittana's peer-to-peer student lending website, we engage a community of 6,000 active users that are interested in changing educational opportunities for those in need. Vittana lenders make loans to individual students who then repay them. In 2014, vittana faciliated loans worth $6,235,922.
