Mission: To foster and expound the cultural and religious ideal of hinduism, based on the teachings of sanatan dharma, to maintain and support the public worship of god in accordance with the teachings of the ancient hindu scriptures: the vedas, the bhagawat gita, the upanishads, the ramayana and other related hindu texts. To recognize and celebrate religious festivals and holy days. To develop a closer understanding of god by having regular prayers, discussions and seminars. To work in coorperation with other religious and cultural bodies towards a deeper understanding and appreciation of each other's culture.
