Programs: The shepherdstown men's club is a member services organization formed to maintain the historic war memorial building and morgan's grove park in shepherdstown, wv. The club owns both the building and the park. The building is rented/provided to the public for meetings, concerts, art shows and other public gatherings. In addition, a store front space is rented commercially. The park is used by the public for recreation including soccer, walking and running and picnics.
