Tijuana Smith is a servant leader, who is passionate and intentional about developing young girls.
She Dreams Inc. offers timely, relevant, and age appropriate programming to equip our girls with life skills.
I am a volunteer who was invited to be a workshop facilitator with the 2023 Cohort.
As a subject matter expert, working in collaboration with Tijuana, we prepared the girls for the summer workforce by increasing their knowledge of interviewing, resume building, and personal branding.
