Mission: The shawn gaertner foundation was established by the family and friends of shawn gaertner to honor his memory by raising money to support organizations that provide support to families, children and students in need as well as melanoma research. Funds are raised by holding golf tournaments and other events which shawn's family, friends and the general public are willing to pay an admission fee to participate. Contributions are solicited from local businesses and individuals to underwrite these events.
