Mission: The organization is a veterans organization whose purpose is: to further develop the common bonds existing between all who honorably serve with the 112th signal battalion; to preserve and publish the history of the unit; to render acts of charity and service in the form of educational scholarships, nco and soldier of the year awards, the annual shadow ball, and historical markers and ceremonies.
Programs: The association contributed to the morale and welfare of the men and women of the 112th signal battalion by sponsoring a military ball, golf tournament and exposition for the battalion members and their families.
