Student volunteers from my Dominican University ethics classes serving at Senior Access always come back to campus amazed, inspired, and challenged by what they witness - and the care they participate in - there. They invariably notice the staff's knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, kind, and creative interactions with the seniors. I love sending students to Senior Access because they receive excellent mentoring, they meet wonderful people (the seniors), and they get a vision for the larger Marin community that they could not get otherwise.

Where to begin? My mom and I wouldn't have survived had it not been for Senior Access. My father attended the SA Day Care 3 days/week for several years ---- that gave him much-needed socializing, my mom even more-needed respite and me peace of mind knowing they were both taken care of by the Angels at Senior Access.

Although my parents are gone now, I continue to be a volunteer and donor. Most recently I became a beneficiary by organizing my Rotary Club to begin building the Senior Access Friendship Garden.

I cannot think of a more worthy or necessary non-profit to give my energy, time and money to!
