Mission: Second chance charitable foundation's mission is to help charities in financial need through the provision of grants. We provide grants for any purpose listed in irc 501(c)(3), including religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. We have no time frames for grant submission requests and accept them year round. In addition, second chance charitable foundation offers fiscal sponsorship relationships with organization's that were exempt under irc 501(c)(3), but lost their exempt status because of an administrative error for not filing form 990 series returns for 3 consecutive years and are reapplying for exempt status.
