The Womans Auxiliary Board goes to great lengths to encourage current members to be the next generation keeping and improving the Scots Charitable Societies impact. A great cause with true transparency.

Scots' Charitable Society is finally emerging from the 2020 pandemic and going strong. They held a Tartan Ball in April 2024, will be holding a golf outing in October 2024, and have been to many highland games and events to share information on their history, their scholarship and relief opportunities, and on Scottish culture and history. As a result, membership is growing and quarterly dinner meetings have become something to look forward to with music, speakers, and networking.

The Scots Charitable Society has served the people of Scottish descent since 1657. They have helped many young people with scholarships (they have given out almost $1M in past years) and provided much-needed financial assistance for those who are in financial distress (almost $500K in the past 10 years) and they provide this without red tape. This institution truly lives up to its motto, "Scots Helping Scots."
