Mission: Snau is a non-profit assocation which was organized under the nonprofit corporation laws of the state of utah. Snau focuses on providing association members with education and training, setting standards through certification and credentialing, gathering and transmiting regulatory, legislative, industry, nutritional, and other types of information related to school nutrition, and representing the nutritional interest of all children.
Programs: Gathering and transmitting nutritional information by holding conferences and publishing newsletters.
