Involved as intervener status with washington state energy facility siting council (efsec), regarding proposed wind turbines adjacent to the columbia river gorge scenic area. Efsec decision issued late 2011, sosa has joined an appeal of the decision challenging numerous points. Involvement in this challenge is ongoing.
