Mission: Provide profitable markets for family operated small farms, and provide the community with a diversity of fresh quality in-season products direct from the farmers participating at the markets.
Programs: A. Applied for improvement grants requiring a 501(c)(6) nonprofit public benefit corporation statusb. Provided information/education on healthy eating habits via sponsoring healthy cooking demonstrations and providing recipes that include the nutritional value of the different veggies in the recipesc. Used social media to reach a greater portion of the community with our healthy food program, and fresh vegetables available at our farmers' markets.
