Mission: The mission of salinas pal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for recreational, educational, cultural, and social programs while bridging the gap between police officers, youth, and the community.
Programs: Salinas police activities league provides social, cultural, recreational, and education programs, events and activities which develop as youth also develop. The programs include a variety of field-trips, holiday parties and a youth directors' council. There were 480 participants.
salinas police activities league provides free sport programs, such as ballet, karate, bowling, jr giants softball, and football camp for the youth within the city of salinas. There were a total of 1455 participants.
salinas police activites league provides a work site based explorer program for young men and women to gain insight in careers in the field of law enforcement. The explorer program offers experiential learning with lots of fun-filled, hands-on activities that promote the growth and development of adolescent youth. There were 13 explorers.
