As a philanthropic vehicle, the foundation works with any and all individuals who want a means of giving back to the community in a broad or specific way. As a leader in the community, the foundation works with organizations, such as the united way of saginaw county, to conduct community surveys. As a volunteer organization, scf gathers diverse groups of people to assist with various foundation efforts.
