Mission: Safe Harbor serves the needs of child-victims in Tennessee's Fourth Judicial District, comprised of four (4) rural counties in Eastern Tennessee, who have suffered the trauma of child sexual abuse and other forms of severe abuse and neglect. Service begins with the use of a specially trained on-staff child forensic interviewer, follows with court advocacy and continues on with the offering of post-trauma counseling to the child-victim and non-offending family members.
