Causes: Half-Way House (Short-Term Residential Care), Human Services
Mission: To provide a safe, affirming, family environment where families and children are supported through the power of community, nature, kindness, acceptance and education.
Programs: Foster a farm pet-families foster a farm pet with a one year commitment. Their monthly donation helps support us offering the animals therapeutically to foster children. We have had 27 foster a farm pet families.
country birthday bash-birthday parties are provided to foster families at no charge in our party barn. The petting zoo, pony rides, birthday cake and food are provided at no cost to foster families. We average 1-2 parties per month april thru november.
transitional living camps-camps are provided to teens preparing to age out of foster care. S. A. F. E. Provides the facility, food and programming. We hold 3 camps per year and each camp averages 15-20 youths.
