Results: We have been giving ESL classes for several years now and as people hear about us, our classes have grown. Some of our students go on to study at the college level. Year-round classes go from September to June and summer school goes eight weeks from June to August.

I had the good fortune of teaching summer school for SESL. The community is lucky to have such a dedicated group of people who are willing to fill the void that budget cuts have left in the local school district. The students are adults who are determined to master the English Language and move on to become proud, productive American Citizens. I hope that the Sacramento Community will recognize this excellent nonprofit school and support it in any way possible to ensure it's continued success in the future.

I am so happy for Sacramento ESL Program and how well their program is being received. by our community wanting to learn English. They are growing each week. It's so wonderful to see the happy faces of those learning to speak English. It is truly a labor a love on the part of the teachers. We are so happy to have them as a part of the Fruit Ridge Community Collaborative. If you need some help learning English or know someone who needs help, please have them come to talk to the instructors to see where you would fit best.
