Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Disaster Aid, Search & Rescue Squads
Mission: Conduct k-9 search and rescue operations and to provide search and rescue education to the community.
Programs: Conducted search and rescue missions as directed by the alaska state troopers. During 2017, seadogs conducted eight searches and k9 search units participated in 43 callouts. In addition to search missions, we continued with specialized training for our k9 search units and conducted search/rescue and back country education for members and general public.
