Mission: The rrwibs mission is to ensure that rutland countys entire workforce system meets employers needs for skilled workers and workers needs for career, economic and educational advancement.
Programs: The organization seeks to work with individuals of all ages to prepare them to enter or reenter the local workforce by providing various types of education and assistance to non-employed individuals. We are proud to have served approximately 900 individuals reach their employment goals while enriching the workforce pool for the rutland, vermont region.
