Mission: As god leads and provides, ruth's shawl, as ambassadors for christ, will proclaim his gospel, and demonstrate his love in various ways to the men, women, and children of malawi, africa.
Programs: During 2017, ruth's shawl continued its efforts to bring the gospel of jesus christ to villages in malawi africa through adult literacy programs, jesus film and proclaimers (radio broadcasts of the new testament). Week-long outreach to the villages usually involves three to five people, not including visiting teams of up to fourteen people. Ruth's shawl also supported the children at grace of god orphanage with food, education expenses, and discipleship programs. Teaching and discipling are currently going on at the newly completed teaching center in chorwe. The ministry has also added radio and tv teaching times during the week.
