Mission: Ruth’s Gleanings empowers people in nutritional poverty by increasing access to healthy, fresh food. We accomplish this by reclaiming excess food that would otherwise be discarded, then distributing it through partner organizations and emergency food providers to those who are economically disadvantaged and need it most.
