Causes: Military & Veterans Organizations, Veterans
Mission: Transition and reintegration support for active and reserve service members, veterans and their families.
Programs: From january thru december 2012 we have supported over 100 veterans in transition services, housing support and family support. We have been identified as one of the first 20 community blueprint sites in the nation by the points of light foundation. The points of light foundation has awarded the unfinished mission 3 veteran service corps/americorps leader members. In supporting the community blueprint initiative we have over 40 local partners from the community, state and federal agencies; who are seeking better solutions to implementing and delivering critically needed supportive services to service members, veterans and their families.
