Mission: Rosedale Community Fellowship, founded in 1998, grew out of the dream of Pastor Wayne Meade to establish a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-natural church reaching out to discouraged people and showing them a new and exciting life style. Changed lives, along with erecting a new building, recreation center, and a facility for the recovering and hurting. RCF's desire is to minister emotionally, and spiritually to people, while giving them a safe environment to be in. Pastor Wayne's goal is to purchase land to begin the process of seeing this dream come true.
