Mission: To provide supplemental support for hospice patients and their loved ones, to educate the community about end of life care, and to support research concerning end of life care.
Programs: Acquire and dispense funds-our mission is to provide quality of life services to hospice patients and families of limited resources which are unique to their needs and not covered by the medicare benefits or other insurance.
educate the community about end-of-life care-we host an annual day long educational conference and other events to make the public aware of and understand the benefits of hospice and palliative care.
advance directives-our multi language five wishes living will health care directive is distributed for no charge, which allows individuals to share how they wish to be treated before a healthcare crisis makes that difficult.
