Mission: Root Capital's mission is to grow rural prosperity and build the resilience of farming families around the world. Our vision is thousands of rural businesses supporting a thriving agricultural sector.
Results: Since our founding in 1999, we’ve disbursed more than $2 billion to fuel growth in rural communities, reaching over 2.3 million farmers and employees. In 2024, 64% of our clients were gender-inclusive businesses and 100% of our clients engaged in regenerative agricultural practices.
