Mission: The purpose of the rolling hills elementary pto is to advocate and support the education of children at rolling hills elementary by fostering relationships between school, parents & teachers.
Programs: Pto discretionary fund is established to allow the pto to help teachers & students with classroom programs that need immediate action. Reports on fund are then given to the pto board for review and approval.

teacher & staff appreciation is held once each year and honors all teachers in the school.
school social events that promote parent, teacher & student unity.
teacher classroon discretionary fund established to enhance classroom sctivities that teachers have determined they need to give classes better educational oportunities-these could be programs, supplies, equipment, etc
red ribbon program to promote anti drug abuse message and awareness to students
6th grade promotion - graduation ceremony
student assemblies
purchased equipment, furniture and supplies for classrooms, the office & janitor. Also paid for repairs to equipment for school use. Equipment given to school, not retained by pto entity.
