Eighty percent of chadwick teachers hold advanced degrees and they are uniquely dedicated to knowing and understanding our students as individual learners. One hundred percent of chadwick graduates attend four-year colleges.
Programs: Founded in 1935, chadwick school is located in palos verdes peninsula, ca, serving approximately 860 students from more than 50 local communities each year, k-12. Through active participation in a diverse school community with 45 percent students of color, our students prepare to contribute meaningfully to their local, national, and global communities. Students are involved in a wide range of activities beyond outstanding academics, including stem programs, athletic teams, award-winning performing and visual arts opportunities, student-led publications and student-led clubs.
chadwick international (ci), founded in 2010, is a pk-12 international school and was built on the same educational philosophy and core values as chadwick school in palos verdes. Ci is fully equipped with an exceptional 500,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in the songdo international business district in incheon, south korea. During the 2017-2018 school year, ci enrollment was 1,200 students in grades pk-12. Chadwick international achieves its educational mission through highly experienced and dedicated faculty members from around the world. The curriculum at chadwick international is designed to meet the educational standards of the international baccalaureate (ib) as well as the western association of schools and colleges (wasc). Ci maintains a teacher to student ratio of 7:1.
summer programs are offered every year for 5 weeks from june to july for kids ages 4-14. Programs are offered covering areas like academic enrichment, artistic inspiration, athletic instruction, and a fun daycamp experience. Also offers a bus service.
