It provides academic support, social development, leadership skills training, community events, holiday meals and Christmas celebration. The Rodeo Youth Mentoring Program connects high school students with middle school , and middle school students with elementary school student through peer to peer academic tutoring. It promotes community engagement through participation in community's events; Great Rodeo Egg Hunt March, Chili Cook Off September, Rodeo Christmas Tree Lighting December.
