Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: Day programs, respite and supports for 17 older adults with memory loss and provide education and training for those who provide them with daily support.
Programs: The ellsworth program served 11 clients with dementia and their families were served-the 7 hours a day program was in operation 5 days a week. Activities, structured exercises - lunch and 2 snacks assistance with adls were provided. A cargiver support group is offered the last friday of each month.
