Mission: By providing social support, advocacy, referral services, financial assistance to older adults/families with mental health needs, chronic physical problem, homeless, break down the stigmas, restore the self-esteem as well as affected by the coronavirus pandemic. We will assist individuals to become their own health advocates, resolve complaints, access services and supports of their choice.
