Mission: Ridgeview medical center exists to enhance the lifelong health of people it serves with a culture that nurtures the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Programs: Ridgeview medical center enhanced and provided quality healthcare services for the community of waconia and surrounding areas. The hospital provided charity care and other uncompensated care in the amount of $694,116 during 2017. The unpaid cost for services provided to medicaid and medicare patients was $502,736 and $11,340,314 in 2017. Unreimbursed costs associated with the training of healthcare professionals such as high school students shadowing for internships for pharmacy, imaging, dietary, and more totaled $663,442. In 2017 the hospital spent $9,153,818 on other uncompensated community services including taxes and fees.
