Programs: Retirement community of fairbanks provides market-rate rental housing to seniors. During 2017, three facilities (20 units each)and one facility (35 units) were rented for the full year.
the community center is the core of raven landing community. It is the gathering place for fairbanks seniors with many classes, interest group meetings, a lounge, and library for relaxing and visiting with friends. A skilled and creative catering staff is available on site to provide meals for any size group.
