Mission: RSI, founded in 1976, grew out of the need to provide families for children who were inappropriately institutionalized. Since 1976, RSI has provided homes for hundreds of children with special needs. The agency's professional staff work with dedicated families to enable children to live happy, healthy lives outside of institutions. RSI is a licensed child placing program whose primary goal is to reunite children with their birth families or to assist in the children being adopted by other famlies. Intensive support and training are provided for children and families to that end.
